Addison Hartman

Addison Hartman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pilchuck Capital. Addison founded Pilchuck Capital with the idea of bringing a professional approach to the small company market and has a passion for working with small company owners. It’s in his blood…he working with his dad who was also a small business owner and operator.

Prior to Pilchuck, Addision spent a decade leading Product and Engineering teams in Big Tech, at Venture-backed Startups, and has founded, scaled, and exited bootstrap startups. Prior to his time in techbology, Addison spent 15 years in Operations and Management roles within Manufacturing and Service industries.

Addison holds a Masters in Science from DePaul Univeriry in Computer Science and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Washington State University. Addison holds designations as a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
